Introducation to Management For EMBA at Antai College of Economics & Management

When a business grows into a certain scale, its strategic objectives can be realised only through the joint efforts of and close collaboration between the middle and senior management teams rather than relying upon any individual leaders. The middle management team, as the second level leadership team in a business, must realise that a common mindset and knowledge base with the top management determines their ability to understand the strategic intent of their superiors and the day-to-day management issues from a corporate perspective in order to effectively support and implement strategic decisions of the company leadership team.
