College degree or above;
8 or over 8 years’ working experience, and 5 or more than 5 years’ experience in management position.
According to the current announcement from Academic Degree Committee of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, the EMBA program of SJTU can enroll less than 30 excellent senior managers or entrepreneurs who have college degree in each year.

Approved by the Degree Administration Committee of the State Council, after successfully completing the courses and reaching the standards set by the school, each student will be granted the degree of Executive Master of Business Administration Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The degree is acknowledged by relevant state authority.
Upon completion of the program with a graduation grade, one Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree will be granted by the Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, and another EMBA degree will be granted by Shanghai Jiaotong University, which is approved by the Degree Administration Committee of the State Council, P.R. China.
For Degree Applicants:
The School of International Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, will review the application materials. Antai College of Economics & Management, SJTU will organize the interview for the qualified degree applicants.

The applicants who are recommended by their home university will be accepted without interview.
ELIGIBILITY
1、The exchange students should be registered MBA/MPAcc students who have not graduated from Antai College of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
2、International MBA students who already finished one semester courses can apply for exchange programs. The part-time MBA students who are in the 4th or 5th semester also can apply.
3、When MBA office announces exchange information, the students who want to apply and also accord with requirements should deliver application before deadline.

Enterprise Management Decision-making Simulation
This course discusses the digital simulation of complex discrete-event systems with applications in industrial and service organizations. Course topics include the modeling and programing simulation model using simulation tools.
Corporate Finance
Focuses on the interactions between financial structures and the value of the underlying real assets. After a short introduction to capital budgeting and valuation methods, the course focuses on the process of capital structure decisions. Recent theories in corporate finance are illustrated through a series of examples and cases. Special emphasis is placed on the ways in which financing affects the incentive structure of financial claimants.
Strategic Human Resource Management
This programme explores different aspects of Human Resources Management (HRM) in China's changing environment. Participants will analyse both Western and Chinese management practices and their relevance to running a business in China today. In past years, the programme has benefited from the participation of both Chinese and expatriate managers jointly examining HRM in a Chinese context.
