Originated from FUON Sports Marketing MBA Program jointly set up by Chinese Olympic Committee, FudanUniversity and Nike Sports Co. Ltd. in 2001, the Fudan-BI sports MBA program was created in 2006. Backed by rich resources and experiences from bilateral sides, the program is aimed to further satisfy the demands from Chinese sports market on excellent management talents. It is the first sports MBA program in China and Asia as well, aiming to discover and nurture professional managers for Chinese sports industry. More than 30 students enrolled for the first sports MBA class, co-held by FudanUniversity and General Administration of Sport of China, who graduated on July 15 of 2006, are now playing an active role in the sports industry of China.

Fudan International MBA Program
The Fudan International MBA Program was launched in 1996 through collaboration between Fudan University School of Management and MIT Sloan School of Management. This program, taught entirely in English, aims to cultivate professionals with an international perspective and entrepreneurial spirit, well-adjusted to the demands of economic globalization in china and the rest of the world. Fudan International MBA Program participants who complete all required courses and a thesis are awarded a MBA diploma from FudanUniversity and a course certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management.

In 1991, Fudan MBA Program was approved by the committee on Academic Degree under the State Council and the Ministry of Education to be among the first group of nine universities in China providing MBA degree on a trial basis.
In 2000, the performance of Fudan MBA program was highly appraised by Committee on Academic under the State Council and the Ministry of Education. In 2001, Fudan MBA program was awarded the first state-level prize of “Outstanding Achievements in Education.” There are more than 1400 MBA students at present.
