Organizational Behavior (EKM 2402) The course provides a knowledge of the behaviors in organizational settings by systematically studying individual, group, and organizational process. Among topics covered are individual and psychological characteristics, motivation, group behavior, teamwork, communications, decision making, leadership, culture, organizational structure and design, and managing organizational change. The aim of this course is to equip students with comprehensive knowledge of individual, group, and organizational behavior.

International Organizational Behavior (EKM 3416) This course offers an international perspective of organizational behavior. Specifically, this course elaborates the role and impact of globalization and cross-cultural management which include issues such as individual behavior, reward and punishment, leadership, motivation, teamwork, and organizational change and development. It is expected that by understanding the international perspective of individual, group, and organizational behavior, students will gain a broader knowledge on the theories and practices of managing workforce diversity.

Change Management and Crisis Management Provides the knowledge and insights to better diagnose and implement organizational change and provides managers with conceptual tools to successfully master high-pressure, complex crisis scenarios. Topics include managing issues and media, dealing with activists and interest groups, and surviving legal, legislative and regulatory challenges.

Organizational behavior affects organization’s performance directly. From an organization’s foundation to its development, organizational behavior influences its members’ behavior under the control of culture and system with concept, object and vision as the core. Approved by the Degree Administration Committee of the State Council, after successfully completing the courses and reaching the standards set by the school, each student will be granted the degree of Executive Master of Business Administration Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The degree is acknowledged by relevant state authority. Upon completion of the program with a graduation grade, one Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree will be granted by the Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, and another EMBA degree will be granted by Shanghai Jiaotong University, which is approved by the Degree Administration Committee of the State Council, P.R. China.

Enterprise Management Decision-making Simulation This course discusses the digital simulation of complex discrete-event systems with applications in industrial and service organizations. Course topics include the modeling and programing simulation model using simulation tools.

Facilities The Antai College of Economics and Management is situated at Fahuazhen Road campus, occupying an area of 30000 square meters. It possesses 45 classrooms with multimedia equipments, 18 Ph.D. studios (with a capacity of 180 people), and 12 rooms for case discussion. The College has more than 300 PCs, 200 portable computers and 70 projecting cameras. The library of the College has two floors with an area of 1100 square meters.
