Fudan EMBA Site
In August of 2002, FudanUniversity was approved one of the first universities to establish EMBA program in China. Targeted to raise “commanders” for Chinese economic development, the program embraces senior managers in Greater China Region, who are tutored by world’s-top Chinese scholars from around the world. Making the best of FudanUniversity’s profound humanity deposits, “Humanity Seminars” are set up for the program, working to help students update and improve their knowledge of management, and enhance individual quality in an all-round way.

Students who finish required courses and pass the oral defense of graduation thesis, are granted an MBA Degree (EMBA focus) by FudanUniversity, which is approved by the Academic Degree Office of the State Council.

MPAcc Program

As one of the first group of higher education institutions approved by the Academic Degree Office of the State Council and Ministry of Education to grant MPAcc Degree on a trial basis, Fudan University started to enroll MPAcc program students in 2004, bringing into horizon the specialized courses of Fraud Auditing and Forensic Accounting in the field of MPAcc education in China. Superior sources of Fudan faculty and senior professionals in the accounting industry are integrated into the program, so as to nurture highly qualified financial accountants. Proved to be a bridge between teaching and professional services and marked with full use of cases in class, the MPAcc program tries to build itself into a representative of Chinese modern professional accounting education, which is to be a melting pot of world’s-advanced concept of management and facts of Chinese market.

The international program was launched in 1998. Among all such programs which are cooperatively established by Chinese mainland universities and those from regions of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, it was the first to get nods from the National Academic Degree Committee of State Council. In 2001, the program was claimed the best by the Academic Degree Office of the State Council in the evaluation regarding the co-sponsored education programs which grant overseas degrees. The program adopts international-level English textbooks, cases, teaching methods, as well as bilingual languages of English and Chinese in teaching.

Students have to complete all the required courses, pass necessary exams, before they are granted an MBA Degree by University of Hong Kong and a certificate by School of Management, FudanUniversity.

In 1991, Fudan MBA Program was approved by the committee on Academic Degree under the State Council and the Ministry of Education to be among the first group of nine universities in China providing MBA degree on a trial basis.

In 2000, the performance of Fudan MBA program was highly appraised by Committee on Academic under the State Council and the Ministry of Education. In 2001, Fudan MBA program was awarded the first state-level prize of “Outstanding Achievements in Education.” There are more than 1400 MBA students at present.

Admission Criteria
MBA(Fall class): Undergraduate students are required at least 3 years of full-time working experience. Post-graduate students are required at least 2 years of full-time working experience; College students are required at least 5 years of full-time working experience

Degree
Students who complete all the required courses, pass all examinations and complete a required thesis will be awarded a MBA degree from FudanUniversity and a diploma of FudanUniversity

Duration
·Full time（IMBA）: Classes are held from Monday to Friday per week for two years full time students can apply to get accommodation
·Part time: Classes are held on Friday afternoons and evenings and Saturdays every week for two and a half years

MPAcc Program
The Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) program highlights professional requirements and attaches great importance to the combination of academic learning and occupational practice in terms of student recruitment, educational content, and quality standards.

Peking University is among the first universities to recruit students for the Master of Professional Accounting degree. This program was approved by the Academic Degree Commission of the State Council on December 2003 to cultivate high-quality and applied accounting talent.
