The development of enterprises have a close relationship with their enterprisers. In some sense, entrepreneur is on behalf of the enterprise`s character. It`s significant for entrepreneur to have a good understanding and researching of entrepreneurship and leadership in order to build up their own entrepreneurship and enhance their leadership. On one hand, as an comprehensive course, 《Entrepreneurship and Leadership》requires that students must have a good knowledge of the basic theories about leadership、economics、politics、sociology、culture and so on, and abilities to solve leadership problems with these knowledges. on the other hand, 《Entrepreneurship and Leadership》is a practical course that students need do some preparing work to discuss cases in class and finish homework in time. It aims to promote consciousness and capability as an entrepreneur.
