The aims of this course are to promote students’ interest in playing tennis as a life-long pursuit, to encourage attainment and appreciation of good performance standards in tennis and to promote health and fitness. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:

Course Aims & Objectives:
The aims of this course are to develop a positive concept of students in understanding, awaring, and coping of stress in their daily life. A variety of physical relaxation techniques and behavioral modifications will be taught to improve the healthy body sound mind equilibrium, thus to enhance self esteem and quality of life of the participants. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:
understand what is stress and its reactivity
beware of stress signs and symptoms that related to psychosomatic diseases
use checklist and biofeedback instruments to identify unaware harmful stress to prevent the development of chronic diseases
realize physical exercise is crucial for enhancing stress resistance and commit as life long pursuits
employ relaxation techniques and behavioral modifications to improve real life situations
know the ways to design and participate in exercise programs for improvement of physical well-being
