Course Aims & Objectives:
The aims of this course are to promote health and aerobic fitness through participation in aerobic dance, to arouse students’ awareness of healthy lifestyle and to enhance their quality of life. Upon completion of the course, students should be able t

1. arrange regular aerobic workout based on their own needs
2. achieve or maintain a good state of cardiovascular fitness
3. enhance muscle toning and possess good body alignment
4. employ good eating habit

Introduction to choreography of High-Low Impact and Step Aerobic Dance. General concept of physical fitness. Healthy eating, physical activity and weight control. Postural awareness exercise. Cardiorespiratory function test and skinfold test. Aerobic workout.

Full-time MBA:

MBA Program with Face-to-face Coaching:
MBA program with face-to-face coaching is offered each month, the duration of study is two years (restricted to teaching branches in other cities)
Basic requirements for applicants:
High political and professional caliber, good health
2. Have graduated from college for over three years (as of the registration date) or have graduated from graduate schools (as of the registration date).
3. Those who have graduated from junior colleges for over five years (as of the registration date), and have management experience in industrial or commercial enterprises or economic and management departments; applicants with the equivalent academic degree should pass the CET-4 test for English; in the second round test, the applicants should submit a paper in economics or management of over 10,000 Chinese characters equivalent to the academic level of a bachelor, or three articles published in newspapers or magazines.
4. Applicants should be younger than 40 years old (as of the registration date). Older applicants are acceptable if they are assigned to training by their organizations.

Application Procedure:
October each year——Application.
January the following year——MBA National Examination.
March the following year——Applicants whose examination results are above the base entrance score for the second round test of our school are interviewed by the specialty team and English team organized by our school.
April-May the following year——Those who have passed the interviews are informed to submit agreements and pay tuition.
June the following year——Send the Notice of Admission to those who have passed the second round test.
September the following year——Enrollment.
