Master’s Program Management is part of the reform LMD (Degrees) set up by the Algerian government to match international standards.
Our Master in Management is designed for students of high quality, wishing to acquire skills depth in management, who intend to positions of responsibility in Algerian enterprises.
The Masters degree course lasts two years, more than 1000 hours of teaching, conducting two workshops and the drafting of an end of studies. The courses are organized on Saturday, Sunday, Monday for master 1, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for master 2. Most professors involved in the permanent faculty ESAA are in the consortium of academic institutions,
with an international reputation: HEC, ESCP-EAP, Euromed-Marseille ESA and the University of Lille 2. These teachers are real references in their field, in terms of education as that of research.
The education provided is the most modern and demanding, fostering interactivity, ability listening, decision-making, leadership and operational skills: case study presentations, PowerPoint presentations, negotiations, project development of entrepreneurship … Our techniques have been developed and validated by the Business Schools ” the world’s most prestigious. In addition, the study almost daily cases of real companies, as Algerian Foreign teach students to acquire a Master strategic and comprehensive vision.
At the end of the training are awarded two degrees of state power for five professionnalisantes specialties:
* Master Algerian “Management Sciences” (Order No. 145 of 7 August 2008 the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research)
* Master the French “Management Sciences - Business Administration at the University of Lille 2 (power for 4 years from 2007-2008 by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research).
Year 1:
The first half includes all the basic management course, common to all students, whatever their origin.
At the beginning of second semester, students choose among the 4 entries proposed:

Year 2:
The student actually specializes in the second year in choosing a specialty among the 5 proposed:

Finance and treasury business

Admission requirements
Profile of candidates who come to Master in Management
May go to the Master in Management of ESAA:
1 st year: licensed Algerian or equivalent, regardless of discipline
In Year 2: graduates bac +5 (eg teaching) in a management discipline or equivalent.
In the 1st or 2nd year (for the degree of Lille 2 only): employees, as part of the validation of professional experience (VAP).
2. Selection
Two recruitment sessions are held annually starting in July and another in September.
The selection tests are, after a screening desk, one hand written (TEF tests and Tage Mage) and oral form of interview to verify the motivations of the candidate, particularly in light of its experience, personal project, its culture and its knowledge of French and English.
Tuition
The fee (including registration TAGE-MAGE and TEF) amounted to 12 000 DA. They are not refunded in case of non admission.
The tuition fees amount to 375 000 DA HT per year. A staggering is possible. The registration will be final as the first installment of DA 175 000 minimum, before the start of the school.
Registration fees at the University of Lille 2 amounted to 19 000 DA per year.
