Due to increased global competition and the advancement of information technology the majority of companies are using new strategies to cut costs and increase their responsiveness to the marketplace. This course will provide the tools and knowledge, which is necessary in the development, implementation and sustainment of these strategies which combat the various problems of supply chain management.
