Faculty of Economics
FEUI was established in September 18, 1950, when the Social-Economics Department of UILaw Faculty separated itself to become UI’s Faculty of Economics. At the same time, the students of the National Academy, who also studied economics science, merged with the newly-established faculty. Those students were the first class of FEUI. Uniquely, the three-hundred students were taught by limited-number of teaching staff, and the students themselves managed all the administration business.

To establish FEUI’s knowledge society that has international perspective and sensitivity towards the nation’s need and that emphasizes good governance principles.
